I've been quiet for three months as this beast was a long time making. 52 Rose wood keys, cut to size then arches sanded in bottom to tune each key, done three times to ensure tone stability. Resonator tubes cut to size, end caps glued, painted, lengths cut to match associated key tuning. Oak framing built with support mounts and cords going through each key. Key frames mounted on end frames with dowels. Diagonal support beams installed for lateral stability. All easily disassembled without tools for storage or transport. Unit is 7 feet long, 36 inches wide and about 38 inches tall on roller casters. Pics attached. Wish I could post video, sounds really good!
